These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Aadiyar Infotech's Tally Cloud hosting services.

2 Services Provided

Aadiyar Infotech provides the following services:

Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime cloud hosting on dedicated servers
Remote access setup and configuration
Data migration from local Tally installation to cloud
Ongoing technical support and server maintenance
Automated daily backups of your Tally company data

All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.

3 Eligibility

Our services are intended for:

Registered businesses, firms, and companies in India
Chartered Accountants and accounting professionals
Business owners and their accounting teams

        Our cloud hosting services are for active business use only. We reserve the right to decline service to any applicant at our sole discretion.
      

4 Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless stated otherwise
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
Late payment may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period
No refunds will be issued for partial months of service
Prices may be revised with 30 days prior notice to the client

5 Data Ownership & Security

Your Tally company data belongs entirely to you. Aadiyar Infotech:

Does not access, view, or share your financial data without your explicit permission
Provides automated encrypted backups daily
Will provide a full data export upon request or at service termination
Is not liable for data loss due to factors outside our control (natural disasters, force majeure events)

6 Uptime & Service Levels

We target 99.9% server uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Unplanned outages will be resolved as quickly as possible. Uptime guarantees do not apply to disruptions caused by:

Client-side internet connectivity issues
Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated 24 hours in advance)
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

7 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Store or process any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized data
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clients' data or servers
Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
Use the service for purposes other than legitimate business accounting

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate service termination without refund.

8 Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 15 days written notice
Upon cancellation, we will provide a full backup of your Tally data within 5 business days
Access to the cloud server will be terminated at the end of the paid billing period
Aadiyar Infotech reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment or policy violations

9 Limitation of Liability

Aadiyar Infotech's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, profits, or data.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
